£12.72 & £15.23 plus premium overtime, Monday – Friday AM and PM shift, 33 days leave after 12 weeks, , training opportunities, free parking, modern manufacturing and welfare facility, changing rooms and showers.

Due to an increase in production an opportunity for a Production Welder has arisen to join a well-established global engineering company in the Sheffield area. The role is based at their UK Head office site which is commutable from both Rotherham and Barnsley and easily accessible via public transport. Reporting into the Shift Supervisor, day to day Production Welder responsibilities will include;
• Reading from basic engineering drawings
• MIG welding Mild steel
• Saw operating
• Working towards tight deadlines
• Maintaining a safe working area

We are open to hearing from welders of all capabilities from recently qualified, those that enjoy welding in their spare time and those with proven work experience in welding. On the job training will be provided for those with limited experience. This company can offer future training and progression due to their continued growth plans. This role would suit a candidate with MIG, Production or Spot welding experience working within a light to medium engineering, production or fabrication workshop.
