The role
• You will operate welding machines to fuse metal segments together using MIG or other processes
• Measuring, cutting, clamping, grinding, drilling, or tacking metal pieces before welding
• You will be required to fabricate parts following mechanical drawings.
• You will prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.

About You
• Fabrication/welding- MIG, MMA/Stick Welding, Stud Welding and Plasma Cutting- essential
• Preferable have experience using the Armarda Press Brake
• Hands-on experience of working within a mechanical/electrical engineering environment - desirable
• The ability to understand mechanical drawings - essential
• Overhead crane/lifting slinging experience - desirable
• FLT Counterbalance - desirable
• Experience of working within a continuous improvement environment - desirable
• Full driving licence - essential
