A fantastic opportunity to join our growing Fabrication company for a Skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator. The ideal candidate will have a number of years post apprenticeship experience and be competent manufacturing from engineering drawings.
• Person Specification*
• 3-4 Years + Post Apprenticeship experience as a Sheet Metal Worker.
• Strong technical background with the ability to work on own initiative.
• TIG & MIG welding skills.
• Reliable and accurate with a strong attention to detail.
• High level of experience with fabricating from engineering drawings.
• Self-motivated, reliable and adaptable.
• Excellent housekeeping skills in line with Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience using press brakes, guillotines, rollers and punches.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Key Responsibilities*
• Fabrication and development of Hydrotherapy Pools, Cremation & General Fabrications.
• TIG Welding using a range of materials including Stainless Steel, Aluminium & Mild Steel. (Aluminium is not a must have)
• Operation of fabrication equipment including press brakes, guillotines, Rollers and punches.
• Able to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
• Inspection and sign off off your work to adhere to ISO9001.
• Adherence to all Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
• Make sure your work space is always clean & tidy.
• Working hours*

Monday to Thursday - 06:30am - 16:30pm (38 hours)

Friday - Not a working day unless overtime is allocated

Holiday Entitlement - 152 hours plus statutory holidays (Good Friday Not Included)

Morning - 9:20am till 9:30am

Dinner - 12:00pm till 12:30pm

Evening - 14:50pm till 15:00pm
• Overtime available when allocated (Time & half)
