Job Description: Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to join our client based in the West Midlands. Our client is a well-established engineering company offering long-term opportunities within a busy fabrication workshop. We are seeking skilled MIG Welder Fabricators to join the team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MIG welding and fabrication work, producing high-quality metal components from engineering drawings and specifications. Candidates must be confident fabricating, welding, and working independently while maintaining excellent quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
