We're now looking for enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our growing team and play a vital role in keeping London's hospitality and events industry supplied with ice, seven days a week.

The Role

This is far more than a standard driving job.

As a Delivery Driver at Icebox, you'll be the face of the business, delivering our products directly to customers across London and the surrounding areas. You'll ensure every delivery arrives safely, on time and to the high standards our customers expect.

The majority of your time will be spent completing multi-drop deliveries in one of our modern fleet vehicles, often delivering to some of London's most prestigious hotels, restaurants, bars and event venues.

Once fully trained and experienced, you'll also have the opportunity to deliver and help install our world-renowned ice sculptures, giving you the chance to be involved in some of the UK's most exciting events and celebrations.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:
• Completing multi-drop deliveries across London and the South East
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery location
• Loading and unloading ice products and equipment safely
• Carrying and handling bags of ice and larger ice products – 12kg Bags
• Assisting with ice sculpture deliveries and installations once trained
• Conducting vehicle checks and helping maintain company vehicles
• Supporting warehouse operations when required
• Helping keep work areas clean, organised and safe
• Working efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining quality standards

Essential Requirements
• Knowledge of London's road network and delivery routes
• Full UK Category B Driving Licence
• Maximum of 3 penalty points
• Aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)
• Right to work in the UK
• Fluent English
• Early Stars / Late Finishes / Weekend shifts

Desirable
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience

Salary & Hours
• £34,000 – £43,500 per year, depending on hours worked and experience
• Typically, 50–70 hours per week depending on season
• 5–6 working days per week
• Shifts generally between 10 and 12 hours
• Business operates between 6:00am and midnight, seven days a week
• Weekend working required, including approximately two Saturdays and two Sundays per month

Enhanced Pay Rates

Additional premiums are paid for unsociable hours and weekend working:
• Weekdays after 7:00pm – 10% enhancement
• Before 6:00am – 15% enhancement
• Saturdays – 10% enhancement, increasing to 15% after 7:00pm
• Sundays – 15% enhancement, increasing to 20% after 7:00pm
