Job Description
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated individual to ensure the safety and security of private facilities. This role is especially well-suited for military veterans, former law enforcement personnel, and individuals with protective service backgrounds, who bring discipline, situational awareness, and a strong sense of duty.

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through various tasks and duties such as:
• Access control
• Extensive interior and exterior foot patrols
• Deterring theft and vandalism
• Preventing unauthorized access
• Enforcing client regulations
• Responding to emergency calls

We strongly encourage applications from Canadian Armed Forces veterans, reservists, and individuals transitioning from military service, as your training and experience are highly valued in this role.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Applicants must be eligible to receive an Enhanced Top-Secret Security Clearance. The process includes your ability to provide documentation of at least 10 years of recent residency, employment, all travel, education and more.

This is an invasive process conducted by Government Security Officials and will require:
• Honest and sincere disclosure of detailed personal information
• Personal security interview
• Interviews with neighbors, colleagues, and/or friends
• Submission to:
• Criminal Background check (including fingerprints)
• Polygraph testing
• Psychological testing
• Complete credit check, including full financial disclosure of assets and debts.

QUALIFICATION:
• No Security Guard License? No Problem. Just Apply.
• Must be reliable, mature, and available to work either days and/or nights as operationally required
• All applicants will be required to work 12-hour night shifts from 0600-1800 or 1800-0600 upon commencement.
• Must be able to conduct both interior and exterior patrols during both day and night
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to take directives and work in a team
• Basic computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Email, access control software, etc.
