Position Summary

KOG Security is currently hiring 80+ licensed Security Guards for Downtown Toronto coverage during the upcoming FIFA season.

Successful candidates will be added to our dedicated Event Security Roster and will be prioritized for future event-related assignments and coverage opportunities, both during the FIFA season and for upcoming events beyond the contract period, based on operational needs and availability.

Please note this is a First-Come, First-Served hiring event. We strongly encourage candidates to apply beforehand and arrive approximately 10–15 minutes early.

‪position Responsibilities
• Patrol the site regularly to maintain security and deter any unauthorized activities
• Secure all entry and exit points, monitoring access to the site
• Assist visitors with directions, information, and any other needs they may have
• Lock up designated areas of the location according to post orders
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, contacting relevant authorities when necessary
• Create detailed incident reports and escalate issues to upper management as required
• Follow all directives and instructions provided by KOG Security management.
• These positions may require team members to be outdoors for extended periods of time.

• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
• Approximately 4-6 months of Security experience is a must.
• A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required

• Position Type: Full -Time and Part-Time | Temporary Placement
• Duration: 8-12 -hour shifts ( Morning, Afternoons and Overnights ) | Outdoor Positions
• Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour
• Requirement: Approximately 4-6 months of security experience is a must.
• Schedule: Flexible and On-Call Availability Required
• Opportunity for Permanent Placement Availaible.

Please note that these positions are not directly inside FIFA venues or official FIFA event locations. Guards will support our existing condominium and commercial sites across Downtown Toronto, experiencing increased activity during the FIFA season and surrounding high-traffic periods.
