Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment—welcoming guests, taking orders, and helping create a memorable dining experience. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the food service industry while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet every guest and ensure they feel welcome
• Accurately take and input customer orders
• Promote daily specials and upsell menu items
• Keep the dining and front-of-house areas clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist with light food prep and handling when needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and potential allergens
• Handle transactions using the cash register and ensure order accuracy
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude

Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in food service is a plus
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage
