Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and custodial work, demonstrating strong time management and communication skills. This role is vital in ensuring a hygienic environment that meets health and safety standards, contributing to a positive experience for clients and staff alike.
Duties
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces across various facilities
• Use hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to complete maintenance and cleaning activities efficiently
• Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues to management
• Operate heavy lifting equipment when necessary to move furniture or supplies safely
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of equipment
• Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet company standards and comply with health regulations

Requirements
• Previous custodial or custodial-related experience, especially in residential,commercial or facility maintenance environments
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
• Strong understanding of facilities maintenance procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours as needed
