Job Summary

We are seeking highly professional Elite Suited Security Guards to join our team, specializing in luxury retail environments. This role requires a polished presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain discretion while delivering premium security services.
Responsibilities
• Provide a visible yet discreet security presence in high-end luxury boutiques.
• Monitor store activity to prevent theft, fraud, and safety incidents.
• Greet and assist clientele while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents with confidence and calm authority.
• Liaise with store management and security team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a suited security guard in luxury boutique, hotel, or high-end retail environments.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong situational awareness and conflict resolution abilities.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and reliability are essential.
• Physical fitness to perform duties that may involve standing for long periods or responding quickly in emergencies.
