As a Security Guard - Suit and Tie, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the safety and security of our esteemed customers, staff, and premises. • What you will do*
• Provide a welcoming and professional presence at all entry points and throughout the premises.
• Deter potential risk through observation and outstanding customer service.
• Patrol designated areas to detect any suspicious activity.
• Assist customers and staff with courtesy and discretion, ensuring a seamless social experience.
• Enforce company and venue policies and procedures to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
• Respond to potential safety concerns immediately, with professional behaviour
• Collaborate with site management and fellow team members to address security concerns effectively.
• Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
• Exercise tact and common sense in all interactions, handling situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Document security violations and complete incident reports promptly.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required
• Quickly respond to security and safety violations, property damage and alarms.
• The Ideal Candidate *
• A Valid Alberta Security License
• Prior high-end environment security experience is a must.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Previous experience in a luxury or upscale environments is preferred
• Impeccable grooming and presentation, including attire in a black suit and tie.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with diverse individuals.

• Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Must be willing and comfortable to stand and/or patrol for the duration of the shift as required
