Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who is skilled in surveillance techniques and has a strong confidence. And a great set of customer service skills to be able to engage many different persons within society.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to observe activities and detect suspicious behavior.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting investigations as necessary.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
• Document incidents, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with law enforcement when required.
• Ability to walk, climb and descend stairs and open/close doors
• Provide assistance to visitors and employees while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Collaborate with other security personnel to enhance overall safety measures.

Experience
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies is highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role.
