In this position, you will support the Production Supervisor in packing products for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Inspect finished goods, assist with machine operations, and ensure supplies are adequately stocked. Your ability to work respectfully with team members will enhance overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare boxes and materials for production
• Perform quality checks every 30 minutes
• Assist Operators during breaks
• Maintain work area cleanliness
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies
Requirements:
• Relevant manufacturing experience is essential
• Strong independent and team-working abilities
• Clear communication skills, verbal and written
• Capability to lift 50 lbs as required
• Flexibility for rotating work shifts
