Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
• Supervise apprentices or junior staff as needed, providing guidance and leadership in plumbing tasks.
• Conduct facilities maintenance tasks related to plumbing systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and electrical components related to plumbing systems.
• Fabricate necessary components for installations or repairs as required.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the facilities maintenance field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Leadership qualities to supervise and mentor junior staff effectively.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication with clients and team members.
