Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Server Assistant to support our restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will assist with food and beverage service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food service, customer service, and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area
• Support food preparation and plating as needed, adhering to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations through regular cleaning tasks
• Handle food handling and safety procedures according to restaurant policies
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and processing transactions
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing guest needs courteously and professionally
• Support barista or meal preparation tasks when required
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards

Skills
• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills, is a plus
