Position Overview

We are seeking two highly professional, discreet, and operationally mature Executive Protection Officers to provide residential protective coverage for a high-profile executive and their immediate family at a private residence.

This assignment requires individuals who understand that effective executive protection is built on prevention, discretion, situational awareness, and professionalism, not overt displays of force. Officers will operate from a low-profile executive SUV positioned strategically near the residence while maintaining a visible deterrence presence that does not disrupt the privacy of the principal, family, or surrounding neighbourhood.

The assigned vehicle will be equipped with:
• Mobile laptop workstation
• Secure communication equipment
• GPS tracking capabilities
• Incident reporting platform access
• Covert emergency lighting package
• Emergency medical equipment
• Supplemental operational equipment as required through ongoing risk assessments

Candidates with backgrounds in executive protection, law enforcement, military service, corporate security, or protective intelligence environments will be strongly preferred due to the nature of this assignment.

Primary Responsibilities Residential Protective Coverage
• Maintain continuous protective presence at the principal’s residence during assigned hours as part of a broader 24/7 protection model
• Monitor residential ingress and egress points
• Conduct surveillance detection relating to suspicious persons, vehicles, and abnormal neighbourhood activity
• Identify behavioural anomalies, loitering concerns, and potential pre-incident indicators
• Maintain awareness of local activity patterns and report irregularities immediately

Mobile Protective Operations
• Operate from a designated low-profile executive SUV positioned strategically near the residence
• Conduct periodic neighbourhood patrols when operationally appropriate
• Utilize covert emergency lighting only during emergencies or active threat situations
• Ensure vehicle readiness at all times including fuel levels, cleanliness, equipment functionality, and mechanical readiness

Access Control and Visitor Verification
• Monitor contractors, deliveries, service providers, and visitors entering the property
• Coordinate approved access with household staff, family members, and designated executive representatives
• Verify identities of unfamiliar visitors
• Maintain visitor documentation when required

Threat Detection and Incident Response
• Respond immediately to suspicious activity, attempted trespassing, stalking concerns, protests, media intrusion, or criminal threats
• Coordinate directly with law enforcement, emergency responders, and internal security leadership when necessary
• Provide immediate response during medical emergencies, intrusions, or life safety incidents
• Assist in the ongoing development and refinement of emergency response protocols and residential security plans

Intelligence and Reporting
• Complete detailed daily activity reports
• Document suspicious activity, surveillance concerns, incidents, and environmental observations
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all principal-related matters
• Provide leadership with concise intelligence updates when required

Required Qualifications
• Minimum five years of experience in security, executive protection, or related protective environments
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License with clean driving abstract
• Standard First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong written communication and report writing capabilities
• Experience operating in high-net-worth residential environments is considered an asset
• Ability to exercise discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment under pressure

• No unnecessary interaction with neighbours or members of the public
• Maintain a low-profile protective posture at all times
• Remain alert and engaged throughout all assigned shifts
• Ensure all equipment remains fully operational and deployment ready

Compensation

Competitive compensation will be offered based on experience, qualifications, and operational background.

Ideal Candidate Profile
