Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Packaging & Shipping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, packing orders, and ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse to support our business growth.

Duties:
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored
• Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipping
• Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and office environment, adhering to safety standards
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management

Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience in warehouse operations (telecommunications or wireless industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems
• Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Spanish language skills are an added advantage
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication abilities

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
