We are currently seeking a Part-Time Temporary Concierge/Driver to join our team at The Journey Club within the beautiful lakeside community of Westman Village in Mahogany. This temporary position is only required until October 2026.

As a Concierge/Driver, you are professional, connected, and empowered – in every moment & every interaction! You have a strong willingness and devotion to the highest level of customer service and ideally come to the table with customer facing, front line experience within the hospitality or senior living industry. You are ready & able to work a flexible full-time schedule which could include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A Day in the life of a Concierge/Driver at The Journey Club:
β€’ Provide prompt professional, and courteous service to residents and guests, in a personalized and refined manner.
β€’ Act as a liaison between the residents and all the other departments, ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion.
β€’ Provide special services, as requested, such as car rentals, taxi arrangements, reservations, special occasions, etc.
β€’ Answer Phone Calls & emails with the utmost professionalism and attention
β€’ Drive residents to their appointments in the surrounding area, utilizing the company vehicle.
β€’ Accept, track, and deliver arriving parcels to residents in a timely manner.
β€’ Assist the management team in duties associated with the smooth operation of The Journey Club.
β€’ Complete administrative duties, as assigned.
β€’ Perform daily safety checks in resident's suites

What you bring to the table:
β€’ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
β€’ Minimum 2 years prior Customer Service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
β€’ Able to demonstrate strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
β€’ Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure.
β€’ Proficiency with electronic resources such as Microsoft office suite & internet search utilization.
β€’ Possess a valid driver’s license with a class 4 license, providing a clean driving record, and the ability to proficiently operate a standard transmission vehicle.
β€’ Ability to consistently behave in a friendly and professional manner to residents, staff, and guests.
β€’ Demonstrate a professional demeanor with the ability to use independent judgment to handle any customer services matters in positive and efficient manner.
β€’ Must provide a Clear Criminal and Vulnerable Sector Check
