Éclat Pureté Cleaning Services — Now Hiring

Residential Cleaners & Team Lead | Part-Time Mississauga · Oakville · Brampton

About Us

Éclat Pureté is a premium residential cleaning company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We deliver meticulous, detail-driven cleaning to discerning homeowners and property managers — backed by transparent service standards, full insurance, and WSIB compliance. We are building our founding team and looking for experienced cleaning professionals who take pride in their craft.

Positions Available

Residential Cleaner (Part-Time) Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans to Éclat Pureté's documented service standards. You'll follow structured room-by-room checklists, use professional-grade supplies, and deliver a consistently exceptional result at every visit.

Team Lead (Part-Time) In addition to cleaning duties, the Team Lead coordinates on-site workflow on multi-cleaner jobs, conducts quality walkthroughs before client sign-off, and supports the onboarding of new team members. Prior supervisory or lead-hand experience in cleaning or hospitality is required.

Both roles begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into regular hours as our client base expands.

What You'll Do
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, entryways, and staircases — following our detailed service checklists
• Execute both standard maintenance cleans and deep cleans, including appliance interiors, grout scrubbing, baseboards, and fixture descaling
• Take before and after photos to document quality and protect both the client and the company
• Conduct a pre-departure walkthrough to ensure every room meets our inspection criteria before leaving
• Communicate professionally with clients to confirm scope, flag any concerns, and represent the Éclat Pureté brand with warmth and discretion
• Maintain and restock your cleaning kit, keeping all supplies organized and labeled
• Handle laundry and linen changes when booked as part of the service
• Uphold all safety, hygiene, and privacy standards outlined in our Cleaner Field Manual

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality
• Strong attention to detail — you notice water spots on chrome and dust on door frames
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time across multiple bookings in a day
• Professional demeanor and clear communication skills in English (French is a plus)
• Comfort working independently and maintaining high standards without constant supervision
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks for 3–6 hours per shift, including bending, lifting, and stair work
• Own vehicle strongly preferred — you'll be travelling between client homes across Mississauga, Oakville, and Brampton

What We Offer
• Competitive pay, above industry average for the GTA market
• Performance bonuses tied to client reviews and recurring client conversions
• All cleaning supplies and professional-grade equipment provided
• Structured training with our comprehensive Cleaner Field Manual — no guesswork
• A clear path from part-time hours to a full schedule as we grow
• A respectful, professionally run operation — fully insured, WSIB-compliant, and built on transparency
