Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food service operations are preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Duties
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Process payments efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with basic math skills
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and safety standards
• Assist with setting up tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a tidy environment
• Manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively through strong time management skills
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle cashiering duties including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest inquiries confidently

Requirements
• Previous experience in food industry or restaurant service preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
