Job Description
We’re hiring reliable and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our Airbnb Turnover Team in Montreal! As a Turnover Specialist, you’ll play a key role in preparing short-term rental spaces for new guests—cleaning, refreshing, and staging units to ensure every guest walks into a 5-star experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full turnovers between guest stays, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, and linen changes
• Restock basic guest supplies (if applicable)
• Follow detailed checklists and photo instructions
• Ensure properties are guest-ready by the scheduled check-in time
• Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to management

Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential or hospitality cleaning (Airbnb/hotel cleaning preferred but not required)
• Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
• Must own a smartphone for schedules and checklists
• Able to lift 20–30 lbs (linens, cleaning kits, etc.)
• Must be available at least 3–4 days per week (including weekends)

En tant que Spécialiste du Nettoyage, vous serez responsable de préparer les logements entre chaque séjour afin d’assurer une expérience 5 étoiles à chaque invité.

Responsabilités principales :
• Nettoyer les unités entre chaque location (poussière, planchers, salle de bain, cuisine, etc.)
• Remplacer les draps, serviettes et produits de base (si requis)
• Suivre les checklists et instructions photo fournies
• S'assurer que l’unité est prête pour l’heure d’arrivée des invités
• Signaler tout dommage ou anomalie au gestionnaire

Exigences :
• Expérience en nettoyage résidentiel ou hôtelier (atout si expérience en Airbnb)
• Avoir accès à une voiture avec permis de conduire valide
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer son temps efficacement
• Posséder un téléphone intelligent (accès à l’horaire, instructions, photos)
• Capacité à soulever environ 20–30 lbs (draps, matériel de nettoyage)
• Être disponible au moins 3–4 jours/semaine (incluant les fins de semaine)
