Overview:

Our Restaurant Managers report to the General Manager and are accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented. They are responsible for leading their teams in a busy, fast-paced environment with a passion for service, a strong desire to win, and an ability to build relationships.

What you will do in this role:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager
• Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time
• Continue to develop and coach associates
• Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience
• Support and implement Standards and Controls
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles

What we are looking for:
• Previous Front of House Management experience
• Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards
• Possess the "Hospitality Gene" by demonstrating the ability to create connections, a passion for People and service excellence
• Driven and focused

• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy fast paced environment
