We are currently conducting immediate hiring for experienced and dependable Mobile Security Guards / Patrol Drivers for Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Note: Shift availability between 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking vigilant, professional, and highly motivated Mobile Security Guards to join our operations team immediately. The successful candidate will utilize company patrol vehicles to conduct security patrols, alarm responses, inspections, and emergency response duties across various client locations.

This role requires individuals who are capable of working independently, making sound decisions under pressure, and maintaining a strong security presence while delivering exceptional customer service.

Prior experience in mobile patrol, law enforcement, military, emergency response, or tactical security is highly valued.

Responsibilities
• Deliver mobile security services utilizing company patrol vehicles across assigned sites and client properties
• Conduct routine patrols, lock-ups, unlocks, inspections, and alarm responses
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, suspicious activity, and client concerns
• Maintain clear communication with Dispatch and Operations using radios and mobile reporting systems
• Identify and address unsafe conditions, hazards, security breaches, and unauthorized activity
• Complete accurate logs, incident reports, and mobile patrol documentation using proper report-writing standards
• Observe, assess, and report all incidents in accordance with company policies and operational procedures
• Respond to emergencies including fire alarms, medical incidents, floods, elevator entrapments, hazardous conditions, and severe weather events
• Navigate throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas confidently and safely during all weather conditions
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible and proactive security presence
• Perform additional duties consistent with operational requirements

Required Qualifications
• Valid Alberta Security License (ABST)
• Valid Class 5 (Non-GDL preferred) Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Comfortable driving throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas during overnight shifts
• Minimum 1–2 years of Mobile Security and/or Patrol experience preferred
• Strong verbal de-escalation and conflict management skills
• Current Standard First Aid – Level C with CPR/AED or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong report-writing capability
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of mobile patrol operations
• Availability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with GPS navigation, mobile applications, and online reporting systems

Preferred Qualifications
• Use of Force Training (CTSS/PPCT)
• NVCI or Crisis Intervention Certification
• Experience with TrackTik or similar reporting systems
• Law Enforcement, Military, Corrections, or Emergency Response background
• Strong knowledge of Edmonton and surrounding areas
• AGLC Certifications (ProTect, ProServe, SellSafe) considered an asset
