Your Role

We’re looking for a Front-of-House Manager who is passionate about leading a team and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure smooth service throughout every shift. What You’ll Do
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring a positive and efficient service environment where everyone feels valued.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, managing seating arrangements and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Build strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring every visit is enjoyable and memorable.
• Train and develop team members, helping them excel in their roles and encouraging professional growth.
• Collaborate with management to create and execute promotional events that enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies, in collaboration with the General Manager, to improve guest satisfaction and team productivity.

What You Bring
• 1–2+ years of experience in a front-of-house leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• A guest-centric mindset and commitment to creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage with guests and lead your team effectively.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and building a positive team culture.
