Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role involves delivering products to customers, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in warehouse environments, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks safely.

Duties
β€’ Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to various locations in a timely manner
β€’ Load and unload products using forklifts or manual handling techniques
β€’ Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and stock replenishment
β€’ Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented and signed off by customers
β€’ Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any issues that arise
β€’ Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse and delivery vehicle
β€’ Use moving equipment to transport heavy or bulky items within the warehouse or during deliveries

Requirements
β€’ Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
β€’ Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred
β€’ Ability to operate forklift equipment safely (certification is a plus)
β€’ Physical strength for heavy lifting and moving tasks
β€’ Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
β€’ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
β€’ Prior experience in customer service is advantageous

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
