We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our dining outlets. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership, innovative service, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure budget adherence, resolve audit challenges, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory levels.
• Implement and maintain restaurant software systems, including Symphony and Open Table.
• Hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff. Develop training programs and coordinate onboarding.
• Oversee staff performance, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and manage daily operations.
• Manage staffing levels, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling and closing responsibilities.
• Liaise with other departments, develop strategies to increase patronage, and ensure venue functionality and cleanliness.

Performance Expectations:
• Proficiency in Open Table and Micros and strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Maintain high service standards and a consistent, personality-driven service style.
• Build positive relationships with guests, staff, and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative environment and team approach.
• Address issues effectively and make timely decisions.
• Communicate clearly and respond to questions with understanding.
• Inspire and motivate staff, promote a positive work environment, and drive the restaurant’s vision.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a dining or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for exceptional service.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and systems, computer skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid ProServe Certificate required
