Responsibilities:
Assist senior welders and fabricators with various tasks on the shop floor. Learn and practice different welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, on a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements. Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and deburring.
