Job Description
Take charge of the beverage program as a Beverage Manager, creating enticing cocktail lists and driving sales through innovative promotions. Build supplier relationships while managing daily bar operations.
As a Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's bar program, from staffing and budgeting to operational standards. Your expertise in beverage knowledge, including cocktails and on-trend drinks, will be crucial in creating an exciting atmosphere. You will lead staff training and maintain cost controls to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently • Create innovative cocktail lists to drive sales • Liaise with beverage suppliers for new products and promotions • Communicate vision and values to team members effectively • Promote high personal integrity and business ethics
