Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and deadlines.
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy before packaging.
• Inspect items for quality and damage, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Safely operate packing equipment and tools, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and staging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
