Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor cum Team Leader with Bahrain restaurant experience to oversee daily operations, lead the service team, and maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and service flow
• Lead, motivate, and manage waiters, cashiers, and bar staff
• Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams
• Assist management in staff scheduling and shift supervision
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and company standards are followed
• Support training of new staff members
• Monitor smooth opening and closing operations

Requirements
• Previous Restaurant Supervisor / Team Leader experience in Bahrain (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to manage busy service periods
• Good communication skills in English
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Must be locally available in Bahrain
• Immediate joining preferred

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in casual dining or fast-paced restaurant
