Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our busy and popular restaurant in Muharraq. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that our customers have a positive and enjoyable dining experience. This is a contract job with a salary of $1400. We are looking for someone with prior experience in the restaurant industry who is able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
• Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and timely food preparation.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor expenses and maintain budget goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both employees and customers.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements
• Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
