Job Description
Location: Fine Dining Coffeeshop
Department: Kitchen
Reports to: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

Job Purpose

To support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in line with fine dining expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep kitchen areas, floors, and storage areas clean and tidy
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
• Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Help with receiving and storing deliveries correctly
• Follow health & safety regulations and company policies

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is an advantage but not essential
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

Working Hours
• Shift-based, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD140.000 - BD160.000 per month
