Job Description
Waiter/Waitress at a High-End Restaurant in Muharraq, Bahrain

We are seeking experienced and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt and friendly service.

Responsibilities
• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and responding promptly to any requests or complaints
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and work stations
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent overall service

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
• Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month without accommodation. Tips are also provided based on performance.
