Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Commi II (Continental Cuisine) to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes for large-scale catering and event operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking of Continental dishes.
Follow instructions from the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie.
Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Properly store, label, and handle food items in line with food safety standards.
Support in bulk food preparation for events and catering operations.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Continental cuisine or relevant kitchen experience.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and event schedules.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in catering or banquet kitchen operations.
