A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Cleaning Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads cleaners on cleaning activities
• Oversee staff on a daily basis and briefing the staff for daily tasks
• Check all designated areas for cleanliness
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Establish and leads staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Requirements :

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in same field is a must
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Must have a valid Bahrain Driving License
