Job Description:

Sakura Sushi in Sharjah is looking for a skilled Executive Chef with proven experience in Japanese and Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will lead our kitchen team, ensuring high-quality dishes across sushi, hot food, soups, rice dishes, and other Asian specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the kitchen operations efficiently and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.

Prepare and oversee Japanese and Asian dishes, including sushi, ramen, tempura, and sauces.

Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistent quality and presentation.

Develop and innovate menu items while controlling food costs.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine.

Proven leadership experience in a professional kitchen.

Able to join immediately.
