Job Description
Job Title: Shawarma Chef
Location: Shakhbout Branch, Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook shawarma (chicken, beef, etc.) according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Marinate meat and ensure proper seasoning and preparation.
• Operate shawarma grills safely and efficiently to maintain consistent cooking quality.
• Slice and serve shawarma portions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare related items such as wraps, sandwiches, sauces, and accompaniments.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and utensils at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages or requirements.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
• Work efficiently during busy hours and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Shawarma Chef.
• Good knowledge of shawarma preparation, marination, and grilling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
