Your Role
• Operate between our laboratory, clinics, and CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department) to ensure timely and safe delivery of medical items.
• Drive light-duty vehicles to various locations throughout Dubai.
• Check loading and unloading of vehicles as required, ensuring proof of delivery is obtained for every trip.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, trip planning, and adhere to company policies and SOPs.
• Monitor fuel consumption, trip logs, and ensure all documentation (trip sheets, fuel receipts, delivery orders, incident reports) is accurately maintained and submitted on time.
• Maintain a 100% damage-free record and report all incidents promptly.
• Foster teamwork and time management within the driver team.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Uphold Al-Futtaim Health’s standards of service, safety, and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Must have delivery driving experience in Dubai (critical requirement).
• UAE driving license (light vehicle).
• Ideally, experience working in a healthcare environment (hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or medical logistics).
• Previous healthcare/hospital/clinic/pharmacy delivery experience preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
• Matriculation (high school) or equivalent required.
• Confident in managing documentation and compliance with company policies.
