Job Description:

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant in the heart of Abu Dhabi, seeking a passionate and experienced Iranian Chef to join our culinary team. Our restaurant is dedicated to offering authentic and high-quality Iranian cuisine, and we are looking for a chef who can help us elevate our menu and dining experience.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional Iranian dishes.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
• Develop new recipes and menus in line with our restaurant's concept.
• Train and lead kitchen staff in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and adhering to food safety standards.
• Work closely with management to meet revenue and cost goals.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Iranian Chef with a deep understanding of Iranian cuisine and culture.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Iranian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A culinary arts degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
