Asian Mold Craft International Decor is looking for an experienced Joinery Foreman / Carpentry Foreman / Supervisor to manage and supervise joinery and carpentry works at project sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise joinery and carpentry works at site and workshop
• Manage carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors
• Read and execute work as per approved shop drawings and specifications
• Ensure quality standards and finishing requirements are met
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors
• Plan manpower, materials, and tools efficiently
• Monitor work progress and meet project timelines
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety regulations
• Prepare daily progress reports and material requirements
• Handle site coordination, inspections, and snag clearance

Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years of experience as Joinery Foreman / Carpentry Foreman / Supervisor
• Strong experience in interior fit-out joinery works (custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, wall panels, etc.)
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Ability to manage teams and deliver quality work
• Good understanding of joinery drawings and materials
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:
• AED 4,000 – 5,000 (depending on experience and interview performance)
• Company vehicle / transportation (if applicable)
• Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
