Job Description
PURPOSE:The Sales driver will be responsible for distributing Agthia Products to all existing customers as per the journey plan and attending to all additional delivery requirements. Also, develop the assigned territory by generating new customers and maintaining the existing customer base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Achieve the assigned sales target for the allocated sales area by focusing on the daily target.• Create new customers based on the assigned target.• Follow the daily journey plan and ensure all customers are visited for the particular area.• Maintain all adequate sales materials to facilitate uninterrupted sales.• Keep the truck in safe and good condition and ensure all distribution-related documents are received from concerned departments.• Maintain good relationships with all customers and ensure all customers are properly served and get assistance from the Supervisor for any distribution-related issues. · Minimum of 2 years’ experience in driving 3-ton trucks.· Basic knowledge of FMCG Sales, preferably in Food & Beverage.· Customer-focused and service-oriented with strong communication skills to engage with existing clients.· Basic selling skills.· UAE light vehicle Driving License issued before 31 March 2023.· Minimum High School certificate & English Knowledge (Read, Write & Communicate).
