Urban Company is hiring experienced technicians for Electrician and Carpentry works.

The job includes MEP services and installations at customer locations. This is a performance-based role where technicians earn based on the number of jobs completed.

Job Responsibilities
• Installing Smart Locks
• Electrical repair and installation work
• Carpentry and fixing work
• General MEP maintenance and installations
• Visit customer locations and complete assigned jobs
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Work only during assigned hours

Required Experience & Skills
• Experience in MEP services
• Good experience in:
• Carpentry
• Electrical work
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge of tools and safety practices

Language Requirements
• English – Mandatory
• Arabic – Bonus
• Hindi – Bonus

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
• Experience in lock installation
• Currently living or working in Sharjah

Documents Required

Candidates must have all the following documents:
• Valid Emirates ID
• Valid Passport
• Valid Trade License
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Own Visa or Sponsor Visa
• If on a sponsor visa, NOC is required
• Must work only with Urban Company (no outside work allowed)

Working Hours
• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary / Earnings
• Incentive-based payment
• Earnings depend on the number of jobs completed
• Estimated minimum monthly earnings:

AED 2,500 – AED 3,000
