Barista (Bartending / Mixology Knowledge Preferred)

DIMO’S Café & Restaurant – Business Bay, Dubai

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team at DIMO’S Café & Restaurant, a premium waterfront café & restaurant in Business Bay. Candidates with basic bartending or mixology knowledge will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages
• Maintain coffee machine calibration and cleanliness
• Prepare mocktails and simple beverages when required
• Ensure high-quality drink presentation and consistency
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests

Requirements
• Previous barista experience in a café or restaurant
• Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation
• Bartending or mixology knowledge is a plus
• Good communication skills in English
• Well-presented, punctual, and customer-focused
