Job Description
We are seeking an skilled Maintenance / Driver with driving license for our facility.

Key Responsibilities
• System Maintenance: Inspect and repair plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and electrical systems.
• General Repairs: Perform carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and lock repairs.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to identify and fix issues before they become major problems.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure fire, security, and safety systems are operational; follow all safety regulations.
• Groundskeeping: Maintain building exteriors, including landscaping and cleaning
• Reporting and Support: Maintain maintenance logs, report issues to management, and assist with, or coordinate, external contractors
