Job Description
As part of our Automotive team in Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by performing quality servicing and repairs on Passenger Sedans and 4 wheel drive vehicles, so as to return them to the manufacturer’s specifications.
You will be responsible for identifying customer’s requests, analyzing them, and refining the diagnostic process. You will also perform the requested work, in observance of the manufacturer’s methods (recommendations and operating procedures).
Requirements
You should possess a Trade related certificate/diploma and should have at least a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience working in a dealership workshop and repair section of Japanese/American or European cars such as Volvo, Jeep, Chrysler & Dodge. You should have the ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability and assessment of car repairs/maintenance.
You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter‑personal skills with administrative competence.
