β€’ MalayaleeWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain.
As a Malayalee, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and staff management
β€’ Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for customers
β€’ Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability
β€’ Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
β€’ Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
β€’ Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
β€’ Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
β€’ Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones

Requirements:
β€’ Must be a Malayalee with fluency in English (speaking and writing)
β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
β€’ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
β€’ Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
β€’ In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
β€’ Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
