Job Overview

We are urgently hiring Female Security Guards / PSBD Lady Guards for a reputed security company in the UAE. The ideal candidates must be currently inside the UAE, based in Dubai, and hold a valid NSI Certificate . Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, alert, and capable of maintaining safety and security standards.
Key Responsibilities

✅ Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure safety and security

✅ Control access at entry and exit points

✅ Check visitor IDs, staff access, and maintain visitor records

✅ Conduct security inspections and report suspicious activities

✅ Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms

✅ Maintain incident reports and daily security logs

✅ Ensure safety procedures and company security policies are followed

✅ Provide professional assistance to staff, visitors, and clients

✅ Coordinate with supervisors and emergency services when required

✅ Maintain discipline, alertness, and professional conduct at all times
