Overview:

As a Restaurant Captain, you will oversee the dining room operations, supervise and train staff, manage reservations, and ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will also handle customer complaints and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities:

Designation: Restaurant Captain

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining room staff.

2. Ensure excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints.

3. Manage reservations and seating arrangements.

4. Train and mentor new staff members.

5. Assist with food and beverage service as needed.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

7. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

8. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
