Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Light Vehicle Driver to join our team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our transportation operations, ensuring safe, timely, and professional delivery of goods and services throughout the region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional driving skills, a commitment to safety, and a customer-focused approach to every journey.
• Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods and passengers to designated locations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and identify maintenance needs
• Follow established routes and schedules while maintaining punctuality and meeting delivery deadlines
• Maintain accurate and organized logs of mileage, deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and local regulations in Al Ain and surrounding areas
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns promptly to management
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and assist with vehicle cleanliness and upkeep
• Navigate efficiently using route planning skills and local knowledge of Al Ain's road network
• Demonstrate professional behavior and excellent customer service in all interactions
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by operational needs

Qualifications
• Valid light vehicle driving license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates
• Proven experience as a driver or in a similar transportation role (preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills with demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• Excellent communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including extended periods of driving
