Job Summary:

Aman Taxi L.L.C is seeking responsible and customer-focused Taxi Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, timely, and professional transportation of passengers while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport passengers to their destinations following traffic rules and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the assigned taxi vehicle.
• Operate the taxi meter accurately and ensure proper collection of fares.
• Use GPS or navigation tools to plan efficient routes.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage if required.
• Adhere to all legal driving and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering passenger inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Report incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:
• Valid UAE driving license, specifically a category that allows driving a taxi.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience (experience as a taxi driver is a plus).
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit to assist with luggage and perform vehicle checks.
